If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason—provided you follow the guidelines below—you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Purchased directly from lightweightattire.com – We cannot process returns for items bought from other retailers or secondhand sources.
- Within the return window – You must initiate your return within a certain number of days from the date of delivery. The exact number of days is clearly stated on your packing slip and in your order confirmation email. Returns requested after this window will generally not be accepted, though we may make rare exceptions for defective items.
- Unused and in original condition – You may try on Lightweight Attire clothing for size and fit, and you may remove items from their packaging to inspect them. However, the product must show no signs of actual outdoor use, such as dirt, sweat stains, odor, abrasion marks, washing, or alteration. All original tags, hang tags, and hygiene liners (if applicable) must still be attached.
- In original packaging – Please return the item in the same polybag, box, or mailer whenever possible. This helps us reduce waste.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or practical reasons, the following Lightweight Attire products cannot be returned:
- Underwear, base layer bottoms, or any garment with a built-in hygiene strip.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on their product page.
- Items that have been customized, altered, or repaired by a third party.

How to Initiate a Return

- Click “Request Return” and select the item(s) and the reason for return.
- You will receive a return authorization confirmation via our website dashboard. Print or save this confirmation.
- Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Attach the return label (if one is provided through our automated system) or write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Send the package back to the address provided in your return instructions.
You are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive your return package at our facility, our team will inspect the returned Lightweight Attire within a certain number of business days. We will verify that the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Defective or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a Lightweight Attire product that has a manufacturing defect—such as a seam that unravels on first use, a broken zipper, or a missing component—please contact us within a short number of days of delivery. Do not use the item further. We will ask for photos or a short video showing the defect. Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item at no cost to you, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any associated fees originally paid.
